360° feedback enables individuals to get a clear view of how others perceive the way they work and uncover blind spots in their behaviour. It provides a unique opportunity to gain an understanding of the impact behaviours have on an individual's personal success and on those they work with. It also provides insight into perceptions about where they may need to develop new skills, become more effective or change the way they behave, act or communicate.
